I decided to create a relative simple video game character and record the whole process as part of a course I teach in Characters for Games… A female Togruta Jedi Master, inspired by Shaak Ti. 23 hours to create from start to finish, compressed to 6 minutes of video.

Final Character is around 13.000 triangles using 1 Diffuse, Specular, Normal and Gloss map.
Created to work in Unreal Engine (UDK) and presentation using Marmoset Toolbag render.
I created the character with today’s games in mind, so something that can run in your average game engine used for most PS3 or Xbox 360 games.
